Outpatients
On your arrival at our Xanit International Hospital at your appointment previously cited with one of our specialists or cited for any medical test, please go directly to our Outpatients Reception. You will be attended and duly informed about what to do next. After your appointment has been carried out, such a reception will arrange and coordinate too all further medical test or Inter Service Cooperation that should be necessary.
In case an entity or Insurance Company was to cover your medical charges, please hand over all necessary documentation to our receptionists.
Our Xanit International Hospital Outpatient Reception will be able to give you on demand an estimated price of our specialists fees and of our charges for physical examinations or treatments carried out either in our Outpatients Consultations or during a possible hospitalization.
After the consultations or physical examinations, you will be asked to pay for the charges either by card, bank cheque or cash. When your charges are covered by an Insurance Company, an Entity or Firm the bill will be presented to them.
Our Xanit International Hospital objective is to offer better and better services to its patients in order to perform the best possible care which is why we kindly ask you to fill in on your leave one of our forms handed over by the Welfare Services.
Our Outptient Reception will attend you from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 22:00.
