Our Emergency Reception is open 24 hours a day.
When your assistance is to be covered by a Company or Entity, please hand the corresponding documentation over to our staff.
After the consultations or physical examinations, you will be asked to pay for the charges either by card, bank cheque or cash. When your charges are covered by an Insurance Company, an Entity or Firm the bill will be presented to them.
When taken as an Inpatient, our Emergency Reception will organize everything with your Insurance Company, entity or Firm. When covering yourself the charges, you will be asked to make a deposit, the amount of which will be stated by the Emergency Receptionists.
On your discharge, such a reception will arrange and coordinate too all further medical test or any further consultations that should be necessary.
At our Accident & Emergency Department we hava a "Triage" system of classifying patients, assessing their condition in order of priority.
Obviously triage's objective is to ascertain the patient's who need immediate treatment and those with a less serious condition that doesn't present a risk. We intend to see all patients as quickly as possible. This system ensures that patients are attended to in order of their seriousness and not what time they arrived at A&E. This is to everyone's benefit.
If this system causes you to wait longer than expected due to the number of serious cases, we hope that you understand the situation and accept our apologies.
